Tumblers were received in a timely fashion. Worked with me on sale price & shipping. All pieces were there. Boxes could have been in better shape - two sealed separate boxes taped together for shipment. Could have been a bit more clear communicating the shipping process. After filling everything out & paying, the shipping address on invoice didn't show my home address so there was confusion. Questions were answered promptly regarding this - and even though no issue with shipping - everything was resolved. Great purchase and would buy again. Thank you!
